Cannot install Nomad on Ubuntu 24.04 via apt

Hi, I’m unable to install Nomad on Ubuntu 24.04 (noble) via apt.

Is nomad missing from the noble suite?

Right now it appears there is an issue with the apt repositories. I will update that issue as I have more information.
