Enable/Add Envoy Cache Filter Under Envoy Bootstrap Option

Hi All,
This document Envoy Proxy Configuration | Service Mesh | Consul | HashiCorp Developer showing how to configure Envoy (advance configuration.)

I am having difficulty how to add Envoy cache filter as showing here: Cache filter — envoy 1.34.0-dev-6f5bdb documentation

I was wondering if anyone has done this before and if possible showing me the sample.

I don’t believe consul supports it. Anyway, I tried a different method by having the east-west traffics going throug NGINX which supports caching
