One of our workspaces has begun retuning a Internal server error Oh no, the application has errored!. when I try accessing it to approve an apply that needs to run. Other workspaces work fine.
I have try contacting support but have not heard anything from them. any suggestions?

The support team is far better equipped to help debug a situation like this, because they can access certain information about your account that the participants in this forum cannot. Without any more context, it’s not really practical to speculate what might be causing such a general error.
If you’ve still not heard back from support, I’d suggest making sure the response hasn’t ended up in a spam folder or similar. Unfortunately that does seem to happen from time to time.
