Licence for Provider using the Scaffholding

Hey all,

In the provider scaffolding I see a licence file (MPL) terraform-provider-scaffolding/LICENSE at main · hashicorp/terraform-provider-scaffolding · GitHub, however here is clearly stated that a new provider can be published with a range of licences, all compatible.

Should I then treat the licence file in the scaffolding as a simple placeholder that can be replaced with any compatible licence I prefer for my provider, or should I consider the scaffolding code actually licenced under MPL with implications if I want, for example, licence my code under Apache V2.0?

Hello Federico -

The scaffolding license is not a placeholder, as the scaffolding repo mentioned above is licensed with the Mozilla Public License 2.0.
