I think this tutorial will help:
At its core, there is community and enterprise. Some features are enterprise-only (see table in the tutorial). There is also a managed version of Vault Enterprise called HCP Vault Dedicated - we manage the underlying infrastructure so you can focus on using Vault.
Finally, there is a multi-tenant secrets management service called HCP Vault Secrets.
