Packer CHANGELOG updates

In the recent past I have observed that the CHANGELOG for Packer isn’t updated as the fixes/changes go into the code and its only updated at the time of the new release.

Any specific reason for that?
(for now I have to go through the code commits to see what is happening)

Woah! I see the CHANGELOG updated, so I guess v1.4.2 is nearing release!

Sorry about that – I’ll try to be better about updating the changelog as things are merged.
