Problems with access from RU region

Hello everyone.
portal.cloud.hashicorp.com and app.terraform.io is not available from RU region, the reason seems like is AWS WAF:

How can I access hashicorp resources without using a VPN?

Tried to access from Local ISP and Mobile ISPs, no success

I believe that’s due to restrictions mentioned in: Trade Controls (e.g., sanctions)
