Upgrade terraform from 0.13.5 to 1.1.4

Hi,
can I do Upgrade terraform from 0.13.5 to 1.1.4.
Is there any problem for my project or face any difficulties?

You can see the steps suggested in the upgrade guides at: Upgrade Guides | Terraform by HashiCorp. There may be changes needed to your configuration and state along the way. Once you reach v1.0 (which is mostly covered in the v0.15 guide) there are much better compatibility guarantees moving between versions.
