Hi all,
The Boundary team is happy to announce the release of Boundary 1.0. You can read more about the release in the following blog posts:
- Boundary 1.0 releases RDP session recording and improved management
- Deploy Boundary on Kubernetes with official Helm charts
- Scaling without friction: Aliases at project scope
You can now download the Boundary 1.0 binary, Boundary installer 1.0, and the latest Docker image from our Docker Hub.
Highlights include:
RDP session recording: You can now capture and replay every interactive user action during Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) sessions to help you meet compliance requirements and perform event analysis.
Helm charts: Helm charts for workers and controllers can now help you simplify the deployment and management of your Boundary cluster in Kubernetes environments.
Scoped aliases: New structured suffixes combined with aliases at both the project and organization levels provide increased granularity to target naming, while maintaining a natural, DNS-style hierarchy that mimics your Boundary deployment structure.
Enhanced UI for grant creation: An enhanced UI simplifies the process of creating grants by providing pre-populated options and reusable templates for common roles and access patterns.
Refer to the release notes for a full list of improvements and bug fixes.
Thank you!
The Boundary team
