Could I delete the project listed in UI? I was not able to find any documents and commands.

I do not believe there is a straight-forward way in the CLI or UI to manage projects currently through 0.1.x through 0.1.3 so far. If you really want to get rid of them you can uninstall and then install again.

I don’t want to speak for @tkaburagi, but I would image deleting a single project would be very different than uninstalling all of waypoint.
Couldn’t there be something additional to waypoint destroy that actually removes the project from waypoint?

We can’t currently delete projects. We definitely need to support this in the future, but its not currently possible (beyond the nuclear option of deleting the whole server).
