No "Connect" button for the Target

Hello! I configured the Target using this instruction: Manage targets | Boundary | HashiCorp Developer

But for reasons unknown to me, the Connect button did not appear.

I also created a role for the user who I want to connect to the Target and added him to the Principals.

There is grants:
Grant 1: type=target;actions=list
Grant 2: ids=ttcp_WwaCZqOVta;actions=read,authorize-session

Please tell me what configuration I missed for it to work correctly.

Boundary version 0.16.2. Deployed as docker-compose.
